Time: available 9:00 am until sunset, seven days a week, weather permitting. 
Summary: Hotel pickup is NOT provided. Price is per Jetski. Minimum age is 18 for Jetski operator. Please order online, or call us toll-free at 888-653-6047 There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

INFORMATION:
We have many first-time Jetski riders. Our skis are very stable with simple controls to operate and very safe if the customer obeys the laws and rules described by the guide before departure.

~ SAFETY and SOBRIETY are paramount to having a great experience!
~ Jetskis are confined to specified, but extensive, riding area except on guided tours.
~ Jetski operators 18 to 21 must have Florida Boat Safety ID card. Lifetime test is available online at: www.boat-ed.com/fl. Test can also be taken day before or day of tour at our front desk. Please allow about 30 minutes time to take the test for this temporary license if you are ages 18 to 21. NO ONE UNDER AGE 18 MAY OPERATE A JETSKI IN FLORIDA.
~ Limited snorkel equipment may be available for nomimal rental charge.
~ Customer is responsible for own damages and compliance with marine laws.
~ Tours are subject cancellation due to unsafe weather or water conditions.
~ Operating Hours: 9:00 am until Sunset, 7 days/week (weather permitting); Boats available earlier at customer request.
