There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Shuttles do not operate on Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve.

Parking

Parking is available at the Fort Myers Beach location, at your own risk at $8.00 per vehicle per day (subject to change).

Important Security Information

Federal Homeland Security Regulations prohibit allowing any passenger 18 years of age or older aboard a vessel without valid photo identification. Acceptable identification is a government issued drivers license or passport. NAMES OF TRAVELERS PROVIDED ON RESERVATION ORDER FORM MUST MATCH PHOTO IDS PRESENTED PRIOR TO BOARDING. Home residence addresses of each adult passenger may also be required at that time.

It is strictly prohibited for any person to carry alcohol, illicit drugs, weapons of any kind or anything contained in glass aboard a vessel. At its sole discretion, management reserve the right to deny passage to any person(s) for any reason whatsoever.

Baggage

Ground transportation is not provided. Baggage policy allows for up to two (2) pieces of carry-on size luggage per person, not including a purse. PLEASE NOTE: Excess or oversized luggage is subject to an excess luggage fee, payable prior to boarding on the day of the trip.

All carry-ons are subject to search at the sole discretion if of management or security.

Pets

Household pets (dogs, cats, birds) are allowed aboard. All pets must be contained in their carriers/ crates at all times. There is an additonal fee required for all pets. YOU MUST SELECT THE PET FEE OPTION ON THE ORDER FORM. Passengers with working dogs must present credentials at the time of ticketing.
