There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Parasail Regulations

  • All guests are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID.
  • Guests under 18 must have a parent at check-in to complete waivers and show photo ID.
  • Children must be at least 6 years old and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Single, tandem and triple flights are available. Triple flights are weather and weight permitting.
  • The total weight limit is 450 lbs for single, tandem and triple flights.

 

Banana Boat Regulations

  • Guests must be at least 6 years old and have a parent/legal guardian present at check-in to ride Banana Boat.

 

Jet Ski Regulations

  • Children under 4 years of age may not participate.
  • Guests will be paired on the jet skis.
  • The operator of each jet ski must have a basic understanding of the English Language.
  • Jet Ski test may be required.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/legal guardian present at check-in to participate.
  • Guests born in or after 1988, must check in 60 minutes before departure time.
  • Guests born in or after 1988 may operate the jet ski if they have a Photo ID and meet at least one of the following criteria: 1) They have a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators Certification, 2) They are riding with someone born before 1988, or 3) They are riding with someone born in or after 1988 who does have a United States Boater Safety License or National Association of State Boating Law Administrators Certification.
  • A temporary Boater Safety License can be obtained at check-in by taking a 25 multiple choice question open book test in English. There is a fee of $3.00 to take the test per rider (cash or credit card, fee subject to change). Riders must check in 1 hour before departure time to obtain a temporary Boater Safety License.
  • Guests 4-13 years of age may accompany as a passenger only and a parent must be present at check-in. They are not allowed under any circumstance to operate the Jet Ski.
  • Guests 14-15 years of age may operate a jet ski as long as a passenger accompanies them who is at least 18 years of age and meets the above criteria. A parent or legal guardian must also be present to sign paperwork and show photo ID.
  • Guests 16-17 years of age may operate a jet ski after they have obtained a Boater Safety License, present Photo ID, and present signed paperwork from a parent or legal guardian who must also show photo ID, even if not participating.
  • Please note that a safety lanyard (key) is attached to the jet ski driver at all times.
  • Three guests are allowed per jet ski and cannot exceed a total combined weight of 460 lbs (225 kg.)

 

Important

  • All participants are required to sign a liability waiver form at check-in. Actual parent or legal guardian of any child under age 18 must sign liability waiver form for that child.
  • Tour departure time and itinerary are subject to change due to weather conditions.
  • Guests can not participate if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, are pregnant, have any existing medical conditions that put them or others at risk, are 3 years of age and younger, or if they do not have at least a basic understanding of the English language.
  • Tour itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Is parking provided? -- Parking is not provided, but you can use nearby parking garages, pay-to-park lots or on-street parking.

Are there life jackets provided for children? -- All guests are provided with Buoyancy Compensators for snorkeling. Life jackets are onboard for everyone in case of emergency.

Can we rent wetsuits? -- Yes, wetsuits are available for a fee of $12.00 per suit, payable on-site on the day of the tour (seasonal only, cash or credit, fee subject to change).

Are underwater cameras available? -- Yes, disposable underwater cameras are available for purchase at the check-in location.

Are drinks included in the price of the trip? -- Yes! Water and soda are available before your adventure activities, and beer and wine are available afterwards.

Are there lockers on the boat where can I keep my belongings? -- No. There are no lockers, but you can bring a small bag and leave it where you are sitting on the boat.

Are vegetarian or gluten-free menu options available? -- While it is very difficult for the crew to accommodate all the different dietary needs of their many guests, usually there will be items that aboard that ALL guests can enjoy. If there is anything special you require, they do allow you to bring your own items aboard (no glass or alcoholic beverages please).

When can we start enjoying the complimentary beer and wine? -- As soon as you are done with both snorkeling, parasailing and jet ski portions of the trip, you are more than welcome to have beer and wine.

Can we bring food on these trips? -- Yes, you are welcome to bring food, just nothing in glass containers.
